Our commitment is to the lifelong well-being of every puppy adopted from us, and we strive to ensure each finds a permanent, loving home. Therefore, our puppy return policy is exceptionally stringent, reflecting the serious commitment involved in pet ownership.

Returns of puppies are strictly limited to cases involving a severe, unforeseen, and medically documented condition of the primary owner that makes keeping the puppy genuinely impossible. This must be a specific medical diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, such as a life-threatening, unmanageable allergy to pet dander, unequivocally confirmed as the direct cause preventing the owner from safely housing the puppy. General allergies, changes in lifestyle, or other personal circumstances are not grounds for a return under this policy.

In the extraordinary event such a medical condition arises, it is imperative to formally notify us in writing (via email) within **48 hours** of the puppy's arrival in your home. This narrow window is critical for the puppy's welfare, allowing us to promptly assess the situation, verify medical documentation, and initiate appropriate plans. Failure to adhere to this notification timeline will unfortunately result in the inability to process any return request.

Should a return be approved following a thorough review and verification of the compelling medical evidence, a non-negotiable **Rehoming and Administrative Fee of $700.00** will be assessed. This fee is necessary to cover the significant operational costs incurred, including but not limited to, immediate veterinary re-evaluation, temporary specialized care for the puppy, extensive efforts to identify and vet a new suitable adoptive family, and the substantial administrative resources involved in managing such an unforeseen re-placement. This fee must be paid in full before the puppy can be returned to our care.
